EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is seeking a highly motivated marketing and communications coordinator to assist with creating compelling proposals, qualification statements, and general marketing collateral for a professional engineering services firm. The person will work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment under the direction of the marketing manager and coordinate with principals and senior managers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and produce SF255/SF330/long form proposal responses for federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Tailor project descriptions, personnel resumes, and other materials to support winning proposals.
  • Edit proposal and presentation materials for readability, clarity, tone of voice, consistency, grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and formatting.
  • Write technical copy for proposals.
  • Develop effective methods for presenting and organizing proposal information, such as the use of infographics, tables, and images.
  • Create artwork for proposals, shortlist presentations, and brochures.
  • Develop content for the company's Intranet, external website, and LinkedIn site.
  • Create and update employee resumes and project descriptions in Deltek Vision.
  • Coordinate and attend tradeshows and industry events.
  • Foster productive and rewarding working relationships with internal and external clients.

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), and Outlook skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write and edit clear, user-friendly technical documents and creative copy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Superb multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, handle multiple tasks, and identify and swiftly solve problems
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Self-motivation, confidence, energy, and creativity
  • A strong and clear professional communication style
  • Effective time management skills and good judgment
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, English, or associated field desired

Desired Requirements

  • Knowledge of A/E/C industry terminology
  • Experience with SF330 and SF254/255 proposals
  • Experience with Deltek Vision
